1) IT Professionals Group, LLC (ITPG) uses a client initiated remote access program to diagnose and repair computer systems.

2) ITPG may transmit, install and initiate programs to accurately diagnose and repair computer systems. Data from diagnostic programs is emailed to ITPG for evaluation, via web browser based mail program.

3) At no time will ITPG access any personal or financial information without clients’ knowledge. No personal or financial data will be transmitted to ITPG.

4) Application programs may be initiated to retrieve configuration information, and registration numbers.

5) Upon completion of the session all diagnostic programs will be removed from the system. Remote Access program will be uninstalled; ITPG will have no ability to access clients’ computer.
